Step1. Plug Your usb in to you xbox360, go to memory and configure it.
Step2. Now put a theme on to the usb.
Step3. Download the gow3 beta (in more info)
step4. Plug it in to ur computer and open USBXplorer.
Step4. Go to [file] and click on [open device]
Step5. Now click on [content], clink on the 0's folder.
Step6. Open [Gears 3 Beta] And Drag The [4D5389B9] Folder in to USBXplorer.
Step7. Plug USB in to xbox go to demos and Play The GOW3 Beta :)

Q) When could I start playing this beta?
A) You will be able to play this Beta on 18th of April (Next month).
Q) Could I get banned from XBOX LIVE if I do this?
A) NO YOU CANT because you put a marketplace content by someone else.
Q) When I put it in, it doesnt show up and/or if it does, it freezes my xbox when I try to play it.
A) U must have done something wrong or the program has not responded when you was
doing it.
